Pre-sale inputs checklist

Engineering can wire features, but you own the following:

  • Counsel-reviewed Privacy, Terms, and Cookie copy for public surfaces.
  • DPA template for B2B customers (GDPR / UK GDPR).
  • Google Cloud Maps API keys with platform restrictions and quotas (separate keys for iOS, Android, geocoding).
  • Apple / Google store credentials and listing assets.
  • Stripe live keys + webhook secret in production; plan/tier decisions.
  • Sentry DSN per environment (do not hardcode one DSN everywhere).
  • Support email routing (support@ vs api-support@) — pick one primary.
  • Analytics choice (GA4, Plausible, PostHog) and property IDs.
  • Lead follow-up: who receives NEW_LEAD_NOTIFY_EMAIL and optional NEW_LEAD_WEBHOOK_URL (Slack/Zapier).
  • CRM destination for qualified leads (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Brand casing decision: “AttuneLogic” vs “Attune Logic” for public copy.
  • QuickBooks and QR product decisions: ship, hide, or remove.
  • SOC 2 path: yes/no and vendor (Vanta, Drata, etc.).
